Returns Made Simple

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

What qualifies?

Your item needs to be in the same condition you got it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Basically, it has to look like it never left the box.) You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Just email us at returns@inklusionprintshop.com to get the ball rolling. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the how-to details.
⚠️ Heads up: packages sent back without a return request can’t be accepted.

Who pays for shipping?

  • Our oops, our cost: If we messed up your order or your item arrives defective, we’ll happily cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
  • Changed your mind? No worries—you can still return it, but return shipping will be on you.
And of course, if you’re ever unsure, you can always reach out with any questions. We’re here to help!

Damages & Issues

We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know right away so we can make it right.


Exceptions (The Fine Print)

Some items just can’t come back home with us, including:
  • Custom products (like personalized or special orders)
  • Digital items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, just ask—we’ll let you know.

Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or color? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted. Easy peasy.


EU Customers – Special Note

If your order is shipping to the EU, you’ve got a 14-day “cooling-off” period. That means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must still be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Heads up—banks and credit card companies can be slow sometimes, so it may take a little longer to show up on your statement.)

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t seen your refund, email us at returns@inklusionprintshop.com and we’ll sort it out.
